Hi all

Apologies for the delay in posting notification about this - I've been away on hols.

Tonight's tourney is going ahead. There is a slight change this week, in that the game requires a password to play. Tonight's password is: mangoking

Subsequent week's games will have the password's in the VIP Poker section of the forum. You can only access this part of the forum if you have made 50 posts or more - though this may change so that you can only access that part of the forum if you have made x posts in the proceeding y days.

The tourney is visible under "Multi Table > Private".

Any problems registering, please post here.

General Info:
Each game in this season will cost $10+$1 to enter and will have $200 added to the prize pool from poker.co.uk.

To qualify for the value added part of the prize pool you must have made 20 posts on the gambling.co.uk forums.

The season will last for 10 games, with the overall winner receiving an additional prize of entry into an online final - with the approximate value of $400+$40. This is game 4 of 10. We will also award a prize of the same value to the player who has the best average points total over the 10 games. To qualify for this prize you must have played at least 7 of the 10 games available.

If a player goes on to cash in either the online final (if there are cash prizes available) or in the live event that the online final leads to, they agree to donate 20% of their winnings back to the league. The players who finish in 2nd > 5th positions will split this between them.

If I log in at work, none show up up. When I go home they all appear. Maybe the same situation others have, although I have no idea why lol.

Have you downloaded the software at work from the link in this forum or from the main poker.co.uk site??

I find that you normally need to use the link from the forum to get the games

This used to be the case. For this and subsequent tourneys though, the game is visible to anyone who has poker.co.uk

The reason they were restricted to players who downloaded via a forum link was to stop unwanted players taking part (e.g. non forum members). Now the rooms are password protected there is no need for that.
