Forum v4.1.9 upgrade issues

I've upgraded the forum software to v4.1.9 (from v4.1.5).

If you spot any unusual bugs/issues, please post in this thread, and I'll get them fixed.

1. Users avatars are missing from "Latest Posts" box on the right of the homepage.
2. Only 6 useless smilies appearing in the box on the right >>> when you reply or post a new thread.
3. New smilies need assigning to text.
4. Admin: Unable to edit 'blocks'.

(these two should be fixed pretty quickly). Edit: fixed now.

Now upgraded to v.4.1.10, but top 3 issues still remain.

i still cant post using internet explorer. I have to use firefox just for gnf. . think its more of a setting than a gnf issue. meh saying that can post on other forums and ive not noticed any other problems on non forum sites.
