Which is better, real or virtual casinos?

Iv been goin to the bookies and the casino for a number of years but only recently got into online gambling. I like the convenience of not havin to go out to place a bet but I have to say that when it comes to casino betting, I just cant see the attraction online as I love the atmosphere in the casino, as well being there in person to accept winnings, not wait days to get hold of them.

Any thoughts on which you prefer?

yea online casinos are a lot less hassling and allows you to place a few bets without getting up off u arse. plus no friends to drag u away if you "know" you're about to win the next bet haha

My take on this.

I used to enjoy going to a real casino, but being a low-roller I found the table limits (£5 min for cards, 50p chips on Roulette & slots @ £1/pull) way too high for my budget. Online I can play cards from $1 (or less), roulette with 10p chips and slots from 1p up to almost anything.

My nearest real casino is Brighton - 35 miles away. My nearest online casino is on my PC - 35 inches away...! :lol:

Every time I deposit online I get 100% bonus (or more), every time I go to a real casino every penny I bet with comes out of my own pocket.

Socially yes, real is way better, but financially they just don't compete with online.

I get more of a buzz playing in a real casino and there's no substitution for it. Having said that online gambling is so convenient and great for a quick fix.

online casinos because you can play blackjack alone and not have other peoples bad moves give you crappy cards.

real casinos are of course almost totally safe , you dont have to worry about "robbers online". What online casino brings is the convenience.

I prefer virtual casinos because of the lower risk. Usually in a bookies I.......

1) Put in a tenner.
2) Bet two quid on the last colour that came.
3) If it comes bet 3 quid on that same colour.
4) If it comes bet 5 quid on same colour.
5) If it comes again bet tenner on same colour and keep repeating bet until you lose then start with number 2 on the sequence again.

I find a big run of red comes way more often than a big run of black. That might just be me. Once the colour changes you go back down to two quid on the colour it's just changed to and carry on. I made a 50 quid profit yesterday in no time at all doing this.

I hate blackjack for slightly similar reasons - I hate it when people get arsey cos I didnt draw a card. Whether I do or don't draw a card has zero effect in the long term on what the dealer will draw but there will always be some nob who decides to blame me for their loss whilst totally forgotteing the times that by not drawing a card the dealer went bust. For ths reason if I do play then I sit at the right of the table so I'm not last to act.
