    Default Withdrawls and ID

    Hi Folks,

My first post. I'm doing not bad at Mansion Casino - I'm up by £150.00 - thing is I want to withdraw my winnings and leave my betting bank (£100.00) in tact.

They asked me to provide a copy of my passport for identification. This I scanned and e-mailed to them. Fine. Got another e-mail today asking me for, and wait for it, a copy of the front and back of my credit card!?!?

That sounds dangerous. Question. Is it normal for them to ask for your credit card copy? Or am I being naive, suspicious or both?

Wheni had problems with cashing out of laddys (posted on here somewhere) i also had to fax over the front and back of my card as well as photo id. Can't be that dangerous, i mean they already have the card details anyway
Any time you aggressively play seven deuce off suit, the universe will bend the laws of short term probability in order to re-balance the long term probability abuses by those trashy players who only play premium hands

Of the 4 casinos I play only one asked me for this kind of proof, the other 3 were always good at paying out. This 1 casino made me jump through hoops for 3 weeks before paying out.

I would question why they didn't ask for all the documents in the first email! give them what they want, take out all your money and find another casino with better customer service.

Ive been asked for front and back of credit card a couple of times. Its mainly to do with cc fraud. Its not that difficult for someone to get your cc details and login details. By providing copies of front and back it proves you have the actual card in your possesion. After all, they already have all the details on your card anyway, they wouldnt benefit by having copies. (all IMO).
