Default Neteller users; re-verify your bank

Just a heads-up to anyone who uses Neteller for funding their online gaming:

If you use your bank account to fund / withdraw from Neteller, you will need to re-verify your details before your next transaction.

They ask for your IBAN and BIC (Swift) numbers - if you don't know these you'll need to contact your bank to find out.

The verification will take 3-5 days, so best to verify ASAP to avoid the disappointment of your next transaction being refused!

This is a very recent change to their policy (I'm not sure exactly when it came into force).

I thought this was just a bug in their system, since 'upgrading' their website. Real inconvenient for me as I had some money I wanted to withdraw quickly. So much for becoming a VIP member!

The same thing happened to me as well. A major pain in the backside having to reverify my bank account information. As a result with what has been happening with Neteller as of late, I now hardly use it.

Yeah its a pain in the ass at times, but I guess theyre just doing it for our safety. I had an email once, saying I had to ring them and confirm my details over the phone with them.
