im sure somebody has tried this before, but i thought i'd at least ask you guys about it. First I have a question about the bonuses and what you have to do to actually withdraw the money. I have read some things where it says that you have "risk" your money for it to be legit. I wanted to get a match on my money of like 500 so that I have a 1000, then go to roulette and put 500 on red. Hopefully I hit and double that up. Then I would play to stay even and burn off the bonus. Would that work or do i have to wager into my own money at some point? also...i was kind of wondering if anybody makes money playing these games. You hear all the time about the odds favor the house, but they make tons of money and I refuse to believe that the customers just so addicted that they cant quit. If you do make money playing...wanna be my new friend? Thanks for the help.

I can't comment on the bonuses but I can tell you roulette is unbeatable in the longterm.

For the casino, it is the perfect money maker as the odds favour them, only slightly, but enough to show profit in the longterm.

I suppose it depends on what you like, I think roulette is a waste of time myself, but if I was out having fun in Vegas, I'd certainly have a dabble t osee if I got lucky.

If you treat Roulette as a game where you can have some fun and chance your arm and can walk when you do win, then that is fine. But you cannot, and no one can, beat roulette in the longrun.

The play you mention is the classic 'bonus abuser' method. These days all casino's are aware of this and you'll likely get all your winnings & bonus confiscated if you try such a thing.

Also, with the vast majority of bonuses these days you are deemed to be playing with your own money first, and the bonus last. So If you did bet 500 & lose that would be your own money lost & only leave the bonus which you could not withdraw.

So technically you can not play without risking your own money at some point - which is why I think they call it 'gambling'

As posted above, ALL games have a house edge and ALL are impossible to beat if you play any one game continuously.

However, it is certainly possible to use bonuses to make profit in a legitimate way (within the casino's rules) as I have been doing for close on 6-years now.
But you do need a lot of patience & self control.

    Good Luck!

Agreed, I've been doing it for 5 years as well. But self restraint is the most important thing here. You can't go wild and hope to make a big hit. It's a slow and daunting effort, but you can use the bonuses to leverage your profits.

If you can win with a bonus you should be able to win with your own money.

You cant scam bonuses these days as a lot of casinos dont allow it to be staked on roulette at all.

Others just wont allow you do put it on crap like red/black etc

There was one quick way to stake a bonus and just bet you bonus divided by 36 and bet one every number except one... you will be seen as staking about £100 or so per spin (and hit the '10x bonus amount staked' stipulation very fast but lose a few quid a spin).. even here you will cry if it lands on the one uncovered number (and it will)
