Read quite a bit about it inc. the OOT thread, the New York Times article, and the Guardian article. In searching for those I also found these two articles published yesterday on the Guardian, although I haven't read them yet so can't vouch for them.

It's an interesting concept. I had a look at it a few weeks ago. I was going to use my laptop (with webcam), but had a look on my PC instead (without webcam), and it let me watch other people even without me being able to be seen. Obviously all the people skipped on me straight away because they couldn't see anything. I decided not to have a real go then because I guessed that most of the people using it don't have webcams anyway. You had a go on it? any interesting stories/conversations?
