    where I am you just need to go to a dodgy second hand electronics shop.
    The sort that smackheads sell off stolen goods to, the generally have facility's there, and should charge you about a tenner

    in middlesbrough town centre, carphone ware house will unblock your phone aslong as you are registared owner.
