Secondly, I'm not actually sure WHY they would want to do it anyway? It's not as if they say "OK no jackpot this week so WE KEEP ALL THE MONEY HOORAY!!!" Errrrr, its just rolled over onto next times jackpot?
But the interest in one week on that kind of cash is quite nice

I see it difficult that they could manipulate easily the balls, there is a lot of scrutiny around them during the draw. However, this is the main reason why any online lottery running by themselves the number pickup cannot be trusted. They could easily choose the numbers that maximize their proft. IMO.
Never mind the odds of winning a lottery, what are the odds of this thread going on for so long!
