Is anyone else having problems registering with more than 1 Prima Poker room? I am currently registered with 32Red Poker Room.
However, when I try to register at another Prima Poker room, I am told to enter my Prima Poker Activation Code. I am unable to find this code, so follow the software's suggestion of leaving the box blank in order to recieve a validation email. However, when receive the error 'Unable to register your account on the network. Contact support (Ref: 108)
Contacting support at the new poker room resulted in them telling me to contact 32Red support. This I have done, and they say they have sent me out a reminder of my Prima Poker Validation Code. However, I have not received this email.
I have even tried editing the Windows Registry to remove all mentions of 32Red, any other poker room, and all instances of Prima Poker. However, even this does not work. Maybe Prima Poker writes files to your windows system directory, or create other hidden files?
This is a standard security aspect of Prima Poker rooms, they don't want you to register more than one alias for various reasons, so they embed the original user data in some hidden location on your drive. Maybe try checking the install log, as that should detail where any files were copied...
LOL I wish i could remember the context thats actually from. Its a 4chan style thing right?
