How can he be calling? What does he think I'm shoving with that he's beating? QT?

To be fair he has TP on a board with 2 to a straight and two to a flush, you could be semi bluffing with so many hands, if hes called with QJ and hit the Q with no overs he's never folding. People normally dont put you on a hand they just play the cards infront of them.
