The ruling is just to reshuffle the deck and deal the flop. Dealer doesn't burn on the flop iirc.

Thats what happened but the dealer burnt the flop.

I had KK and the flop was JT3

All the chips went in and he had JJ zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

But what pissed me off was the 2 players who said they folded a jack.

Pre?

1) dead hand. Split the pot up correctly. If antes split those between the blinds.
2) which makes less sense and more time then 1, but... make a new muck (if 8 people folded make sure 16 random cards where there) then re-shuffle and deal as normal.

I think 1 is a clearly an easier solution. Then replace the dealer before next hand, and sack him/her.
