(Quoted, from "Poker" by A. Alverez)
.......in one of those insanely high-stakes games of no-limit hold-em that rarely take place anywhere except in Las Vegas - the buy-in was $100,000- Doyle Brunson looked at his cards and found a pair of aces. He bet strong and was called by two players. The flop came A, 2, 4 rainbow, giving Dolly trip AAA. Again he bet strong, and was once again called by both players. The turn came another 2, giving him the Nut full house..
He checks and player 1 bets out, and player 2 shoves over the top. DB tanks, and then folds his nut boat.....
Player 1 calls the shove, the river is dealt, another 4...
both players had quads, with 22 and 44

I personally can't see how any one could ever get a good enough read to make that fold. I know I could NEVER fold that hand.
I assume player 2 was the biggest nit you have ever seen in your life. You know the kind. The kind that checks for value.

I've only ever folded a full house, knowing my oppo had quads once in a live situation.
Cruise ship earlier this year...quads several times (unnaturally so). Hit my boat but the betting of the other player, coupled with the frequency of quads made me lay it down. Thankfully I said he had quads as I folded, so at least it looked like I was making an amazing read..... (he did have them)
I'm with Tonto, and huge respeck to BarnF for being able to........

Maybe it was one of the times Doyle was playing with his whole bankroll, and if he lost this hand that was it?....
Mango: Anyone watching Graeme Norton? They've got that actress who was in that accident recently! Reece...
s4ooter: Witherspoon?
Mango: No, with a car.
