Depends what you mean by best - if you're looking to make money probably Pacific or Empire/Party would be the road to go down.

I play on William Hill, Victor Chandler, Prima, Party, Empire, Pacific, Full Tilt Poker, Pokerroom and Pokerstars (not that I have a problem or anything) but I spend most of my time on Pokerstars - good, stable software, the best tournament structures, easy and logical navigation, the facility to host private rooms, excellent customer support and a higher standard of play (overall) than most other sites I've encountered. I also like the layout and the fact that you can upload your own avatar.

The only real downside to speak of is they rarely offer signup/reload bonuses, but they do reward their regular players with a Frequent Player Points (FPP) system - FPPs are redeemable for tournament entries, baseball caps and a plethora of other goodies. A bit like 'Airmiles' but without the hassle of swiping a card.

Now if I could just come to terms with the fact that my opponents will always make their hand on the River I'd be a happy bunny.

I started playing with Paradise and still really like that one. Just now I'm playing on Prima and find that very good too, as I seem to be winning more money on that than elsewhere.

Also tried Stars, Empire, FullTilt (hate it) and PokerMountain.

Overall Paradise still gets my vote.

globalcardclub.com is a really good site and the standard there seems to be quite low so you can take quite a lot of money off those tables.

I would check out VC if you haven't already. Poor standard of play, lots of freerolls and have action from microlimits upwards.

I play on the prima network.
    The reasons are:
1.The bonuses given by some of the companies at the prima network atrackts a lot of newbies witch I can take money from.
2.The client i superb! The mini table view is so great.
    3.No withdraw cost at expekt.
4.Great freerolls to participate in if you wish.

    I play on expekt.

i think there are many different great poker websites. if u want to have a luagh and a joke on then the lobby at vc poker is great. If uwant to have great freerolls the n absolute poker is great but my favourite has to be noble poker because of great customer service and lay ability well taht is my opinion!!
