Friday $10 NL Texas Hold’em Tournament approx 300-400 entrants.
Manager to roll 1500 up to 12000 after 2 hours and was sitting comfortable in the top 20. About 100 players left in.
Then got busted in the space of two hands.
Called a 4K all in with QQ. Opponent turned over AK suited. He paired up his king as soon as the flop was dealt.
Down to 8K and I picked up AQ Off in late position. Table folds around to me, I called the blind, the player after me and the small blind folded. The big blind raises 2K into the 5K pot. I re-raise 4K all in and get called.
I turn over AQ Off, he turns over 89 Suited.
Things don’t look to bad until the board is deal and he makes a straight.

Sunday $3 NL Texas Hold’em Tournament approx 200 entrants.
Nothing too exciting. Once again I make an all in move with AQ and get called by an underdog.
AQ Off up against AT Off
Board AA6 8 T
AK vs QQ is not a really a bad beat in my opinion.
But being outdrawn by someone going all-in with 89 suited would get me fuming for a while... especially if it's to end your tourney.
