Recently turned 18 so am now able to play live games out and about in casinos so joined to get any tips from more experienced players on how to handle the table environment. I'm quite shy and feel that i can sometimes be attacked by the loudmouths. PM me with any help

Hi. Just joined today to help my game out really. Been playing about 4yrs now - started with live free games in Australia, which became buy-ins for $10. Moved onto online when the missus & I had our first baby - bit hard to get to the pub these days. Mostly $3 buy in STTs. My stack has been slowly but surely moving north.

Can recommend Harrington's books - as well as of course Caro's Book of Tells for live play - payed for itself 7 times over in the first week I got it after I spotted a blatant bluff in a key hand with me & 2 other runners left from 100....ended up only pairing the 4 in my hand & having enough body language proof to call and take down the big pot - won the tourney.

look forward to hearing how everyone else plays.
