    Question New £70 games?

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on the new £70 JP games that are supposed to come out next month?
There are loads or pics of them on the Barcrest website now...I'm just not sure how much they will make on £1 a spin, when people can pay £1 for a £500 JP in a club etc... :-\

Will be better for any professional player, just like it was when £25JP and £35JP came out.

Yes it might cost £100+ for a JP/Streak on occasions but in return you get the abitility to put £1 and get a Streak of £200+.

If the gameplay remains the same then personally I can't wait.

Interesting times ahead, hopefully there will be some future empties with £350 hoppers, a bigger float will be needed no doubt.

How long does it take, on average, to force a £35JP or Mega Streak? Unless the machine is just dying to drop it can take a while with gameplay so for a £70JP or MS on these its gonna take forever.....and its gonna cost you, undoubtedly!

To go onto a machine these day and stick in a few quid and get a "Go all the way" come up is pretty rare so im really dubious as to these new £70JP. You'd probably be best to play a £500JP with the amount of money you'll need to pump in these newbies with people taking small wins or even say £30 - £40 from them before you trying to force the £70JP.

Say it is ready to go, you're on the board and its up to £50 in the bank, do you carry on for the JP or MS if there is one? You carry on and get humped the next spin and you have to start again, might cost you another £10 to get back up to past £50. Most people would just take the £50 thus f*cking any sort of streak that it is going to pay for the next punter.

Its all about the boards, when was the last machine that would pay anything higher than £5 from just the reels, e.g 3 holds or nudges?

They will pay big just like £35 do just now but thats after it has been completely pumped full with no wins taken........its just gonna cost ALOT more.

Sorry for the negativity, I could be wrong

That's what everyone said when it went from £8 to £10 to £15 to £25 to £35 JP and they have just got better and better.

To say you'd be better of playing a £500 JP which can show no progression and easily cost £1000+ for a big win is rediculous.

I think the main problem with these will be on the DOND style features, where the first offer, assuming mega streak and £70 remain, will be around £15, which is enough to make the casual punter take it and walk.

They will either have to be extremely protective of the DOND feature, wipe out the streak and the JP in the first round, or fix the offers to the £7-£8 mark to make people play on and let the machine build up a pot for its streak, otherwise streaks will cease to exist
