personally I find experience doesn't go a miss, even if its expensive. I now know pretty much which machines are forceable in my area, even tho it cost me about £700, but i've been pretty much making most days ever since. ( mental reminder to self, do not force lotr:rotk )

I still disagree with people pumping 10 in straight away as alot of members of the forum have said, I find that QPS/BFM/MZ rely on credits remaining and play well, but when you have had the good board you use the rest of the credits on shitty dead boards. On Extremes YES on anything else no! Its just like the QPS 10p machines, 10p's give more value to the machine!

    We believe you! lol

There's always been stipulations/accusations/coincidences that surround the playability of machines, I would say majority of players on here and nationally (without sounding arrogant) are too ignorant to see past the sense of 'gambling' with machines today and are too buzzed up by the flashy lights and the jackpot symbol.

Alot of regs on here, are good to chat too with regards to machines, and up until about 6 months ago, the regular chat on here regarding machines was good, now its just completely dier.

With the release of the mpu5/scorp4 emulator, this doesnt help either, this is basically putting the cap on, what was at one time, something that was uncrackable. You couldn't and should never choose to make a living off playing fruitties, even if you can make £100+ a day on them, why settle for that? not only that, with the current state of machines/play/location(s) you are not guaranteed a steady income, if anyone here chooses to take this path, i would not support them especially if they have a family, or children in their live.

Take it or leave it, after many a discussion on what the future is to bring, it looks like it will eventually just die down to the so called 'RANDOM' s16's all over the place, with no play at all, chuck in and gamble.

    Just my 2 cents!

    Agreed.

BTW Danny, did you comment on my AA fold pre flop thread?

I heard that you once brought it up about sometimes not going all in with AA pre flop when there is a lot of profit at risk? I think you should always be willing to call but can side with anyone who argues otherwise, or at least hear their view.

Danny agree with your first post, so hard now to find machines steady going the usualy profit out of you regular machines you had. Very different 3/4 years ago when it was easy to make 300+ a day, definatly worth playing fopr a living then, but when it all changed it was time to move on, just exploit the info as and when it comes out if there is time and it is really worth it.

But hey all enjoy, thats when its called AWP!!!! A-Wlays Pissed

I once forced a newbie. Got 10 years.

Well ive come to the conclusion that knockbacks dont work with the newer £25s as a general rule (not going to go into specific exceptions to the rule as its just something for the newbie).

I haven't read it LOL, my post caused a lot of laughter too but I feel I made valid points and made a good case for folding the AA pre flop under the circumstances.

My basic argument was I'd been playing solid, profitable poker for 2 hours and built up a huge stack.

Another player at the table also had a huge stack, I raised pre flop and he raised all in.

I just felt with so much hard earned work at the table it seemed silly going all in pre flop and risking it all with top pair- especially with a potential two more players to call. There just seems better chances to risk 100% of your stack IMO...

Of course AA pre flop is favourite here, but it isn't very often you have such a huge stack at the table. I guess the solution was simple however, just simply cash out and buy back in with the original buy in
