DOND 3 reeler

Folks,

Don't usually play many hi-tec these days but I ended up on a DOND 3-reeler today, Bellfruit version, 30p and 50p play. Feature stack on the left, cash on the right, Bankers thing in the middle with three telephone logos to get it going.

Chose the 50p play cos I remember reading here somewhere that it gave better play - automatic red features and red cash. It was backing after about £4 so I though I was in for a good time. When I play hi-tec I usually just aim to force the top feature and don't normally bother with small cash wins.

The machine had no sound and I hadn't played it before....d'oh.

After about £25 in I got to mega streak on the features and it gave me only £25. Kept on playing, tried a few Banker's boards and ended up with £8 and 1p wins as I remember. Put a bit more in and at one point I was about £35 down, with £10 left in my hand.

Got another board, ended up with £18 offer for £15 and £25, gambled and got £25.

Put it all back in. At one point the telephone dial thing landed in the middle on the third reel and on 50p play it puts you straight into the board. Lost, reels held, back to the board. Lost again, reels held, back to the board. This continued for about 8 goes, no kidding, telephone dial thing holding every time after I lost on the board. Finally I manage to get the red cash side up to £25, one before the mega streak, and then lost it (gave me 2 lower than a 3, I think). Telephone dial thing didn't hold again. Bit fed up but I guessed the machine was starting to buzz.

About 10 spins or something later I got an IM board. No sound, of course, but I could tell immediately by the funny flashing lights above Mr Edmond's head and the three red flashing telephone logos. I was aiming for megastreak on the cups of tea feature but I messed it up and it ended up giving me megastreak off the cash feature, for £45.

Thought I'd play on to see if there was any 'afters' (cos I've been reading your posts, ha ha, thank you). About 4 games later I ended with another IM board. No sound, not familiar with the machine. After a few no-lose gamble spins I saw it said £3 or Megastreak. So I pressed collect, expecting to get the choice........and I ended up somehow collecting £3. Was I, er, fed up or what. It repeated 3 times so I won £12 but there I was thinking that I'd just messed up an IM megastreak board.

Next game, gave me a '4' for bonus, straight back on the board. Lost. Next game, gave me another '4' for bonus, straight back on the board, machine clearly gagging to give me some money, and it played all the way up to Megastreak on the cash side. Megastreak went for £37 so all in all I had won £12 from my cock-up IM board and then £37 from the next Megastreak.

Stayed on and ended up with a £25 off the bankers offer a few games later.

Stayed on for a few afters, collected a £5 win cash on the red stack which repeated twice for £15 total. Then it went completely dead so I stopped.

Nice lady cashier counted it for me, £114 out for £45 in so I was £69 up.

Moral of the story is if you flash your cleavage at Noel after cocking up an IM board then the nice man will let you get it back later....Now I suppose one of you is going to tell me that I played it all wrong.....

Moral of the story is, not to flash your tits at noel and don't take £3 repeater :-)

Cath shame you fucked up the IM could have cost you a bigger streak, but just as well it was in a forgiving mood

nope you played its sloppy but every well played because the machine was well confuced i dout a lot of people play it like you and i bet a very few people left that machine with out getting rinces job well done
