Ray Betts offer

I can asssure everyone that this is a scam. I have been receiving these same messages for 2 or 3 months. I got a little hooked 1st time when the horse 1 at 6-1 in a 6 runner race.The guy phoned me on the sat morning telling that a football match had been rigged and will be a draw. He sounded so convincing, however the home team were 4 nil up at half time. I suspected some scam. I then received another a few weeks ago and phoned 4 times with different names etc and got my mates to phone. They were giving 2 different horses running in Ireland. one being 5-4 the other 13/8 so you can see not rocket science. They even give you a pin number. I caught them out big time and all numbers were quickly out of service. Also received The Ray Betts scam so guess some poor so and sos were given the 10-1 winner and now mite get roped in. These people are totally thick and lets all wind them up with giving mickey mouse numbers and names when you phone. I guess they will also read these forums so i promise you that you will be found as i have a private eye on your case as i speak.

Well surprise surprise, no phone call today as promised.............didn't think so after the loser yesturday!!!!!

Avoid Ray Betts at all costs, total scam..........

I too have been getting text mess and phone calls from all sorts the most recent was a guy called Dave who turns out to be Ray Betts who has indeed given me two winners 7/4 short head winner from 1/1 money fav in 5 horse race and today 11/8 winner in the L 2.10 Archers Road see the earlier post that he also tipped the second Fav to someone else.

Todays winner was quickly followed by a phone call asking me to join his special syndicate normally £1000 but today only £200 asked for his address to send a cheque (don't worry not sending one!) he said cash would be better by registerd post!!!! It turns out Dave who is Ray Betts should have the money sent for the attention of Paul.

Anyone that wants his address and persional mobile number drop me a not I'll post it tomoz as its in my office.

To help anyone still not sure here is my experiance for about a year I have been rec calls and texts from all over 43 horses in total and there have been three 1st placed animals the two above and the other was advised at 5/2 and won at 8/1, the guy that gave the 8/1 phoned and asked me to put £1000 on a horse for him which tickled my sense of humor as a very good bookmaker friend of mine had a share in it and told me he was delighted to lay me the bet at twice the best price I could get, yes you guessed it it lost!

The guys are not all bad as I persionally lay what they tip you will understand I get a little fed up when they give me a winner but I'm well up thanks to these/this guy but don't get sucked in it is a scam they are scum!

Thanks for your replies folks....I'm actually £55 up thanks to Mr Betts, after the first 2 races, which I didn't bet on, he gave me Alhawy, with I put £20 on at 11/4, took the price, this was before you all replied to my post. It won, having drifted in to 9/4. So at that stage he was two winners out of three and I was £55 up.

He gave me a fourth horse, dead cert., but I was driving long distance at the time and Ladbrokes at the motorway services had been closed down...so I didn't get to place a bet. It lost.

He never phoned me again. So two winners ouf of four for Mr Betts and I'm £55 up. Thank you Mr Betts!
