This would never happen. If in the highly unlikely occassion that in the millions of hands played a hand of Quad Jacks or better is never beaten, then I'm sure the bad beat requirements will be lowered.

I'm sure before setting the promotion up, the likelihood of certain hands occuring again has been determined by analysing previous hands, and the goalposts set accordingly.

how come there is a 10%(!) "admin" fee, it costs like 10% (100k) of a 1mil jackpot (example) for the automated computer system to give the money to the player...?

Jackpot has just been hit (see general poker forum for more details).

The next bad beat jackpot will be for Quad 6's getting beat.

This hit again yesterday at €256,000, even though the qualification requirement is lower than it was before.

Jackpot has been reset, and here we go again!

    There aren't Bad Beat Tourneys.

The Bad Beat cash tables are those with a "B" next to them and prefaced with "Bad Beat TH" as the table name.
