Beginner
Had to use online chat today reponse time 6 seconds (impressed). Although the operator could not solve the problem straight away and would have to email me later i feared a lenghty wait. To my suprise the matter was resolved within a further 20mins. Full marks this time to support!

Tyler, I asked about support vacancies, and unfortunately they are only looking to take people who can speak more than one language fluently. If this changes, I'll let you know.
