Are they of any use though? Everytime I have used the live chat/support, they have been totally useless. They often say they don't have the information that I need or often just refer to the email address.

There are a brand new crack support team. They aim to get to you within 7 seconds on average (about 5 to 10 minutes quicker than before) and can solve a lot of queries immediately.

Don't damn them before you try. Give them a go, then give some feedback.

Rofl thanks It would need to be a pretty solid prospect to get me away from a stable job i have now - although what im doing now IS only maternity cover! I could definitely be persuaded ^^
