Can players please collect all monies up front before submitting the form

Teams are made up of 10 players...but if we dont have 10 teams at the end of March we may revert to 8 teams which means players 9/10 will become reserves

Closing Date is March 31st a (few days grace may be given)

Forms can be faxed or sent via e-mail (if you need the fax number send me a PM)

Captains will hold onto the monies collected until day of the tournament
