Rileys poker league - views ?

Whats your views on the typical rileys poker tourney? I have played in my local for the last 6 weeks and I have to say that the competition is very soft, the optimum strategy for play I have found is sticking almost biblically to ABC poker and ocasionally bluffing if you think the player has the ability to fold a hand.

obviously this is just the standard for my branch and I cannot make assumptions based on that, is it the same for yours ?

and I also was wondering if anyone has been to one of the national finals what are they like in terms of runners / skill level.
