About a week ago after my London Poker open TR I mentioned another tournament on March 6th, these are the details: Poker Info

Its a £110+50, the +50 is a second life if your knocked out in the first level you can buy back in, they do this for all their events but normally its a full price rebuy and its called second life not a rebuy as your only allowed the one. Personally i love this, builds a nice big pot because 95% of the people who play there are middle aged-old drunk men who dont know shite about poker they just like gambling.

I played a £25+5 bounty on wednesday, got to the final table, re raised someone all in with AKs they called for their stack with TJo and hit a T on the turn but in general, that doesnt happen and they suck lol. Also normally its 6k stack and 20 min levels or 15min levels so its pretty much get it all in when you think your good, your getting called by ALOT.

Anyway the reason im fairly confident about this tourney is it a 10k stack with 30min levels starting at 25/50, this suits me sooo well here, by the time i play a hand i can guarantee there will have been atleast two re buys, some players agree to go all in blind 1st hand, others will push any two pre flop at the end of the re buy period if they have lost a few hands and feel short even with 50bbs lol.

So I have no intention of spending the extra £50 I'll let the gamblers do their thing for the first level, I'll just be trying to set mine in position and obviously play very TAG with my stronger hands. My problem is the buy in... Now i know £110 aint alot of money, but to lose it would definantly affect me. Iim fairly confident in my chances of cashing as long as i dont run into a cooler in a huge pot, my problem is im not comftable gambling £110, I think that it will affect my game and make me play too scaerd maybe?

There was a few interested in staking me before in the old thread, ideally id like to keep 40% of myself, I normally play for £20-30 so £44 shouldnt really affect my game at all. Id like to sell 6 lots of 10% for £11 each. All the results are published on their website above, including the amount won. I think its going to be between £1k-£2k guaranteed to the winner, all further details should be on that site prior to the event. I need to book so if anyone feels like a gamble/ wants to help me out id really appreciate it. If anyone wants further details PM me and i can give you my number.

No sorry they changed it so you had to take the £50 add on for an extra 10,000 chips. £160 is too much to play for i think, maybe if people want 10% for £16, I'll see how much interest there is t this price and then decide. All money would have to be by bank transfer though.

As a guide to the pay outs, the club hosted a £50 freezeout this weekend, i think tere was somewhere around 35-38 players, it paid top four, 1st £800, 4th £50 2nd and 3rd somewhere in between. So maybe you can do some rough calculations and post what you would expect the pay outs to be f they had the same number of entrants and paid top four.
