Running 14 day schedule of low buy-in deepstacks on Stars

I will be running this schedule as soon as I can get it sold out via PTP, will include the $11 superstacks on FullTilt also.

The backers cut is 50%, this MAY increase to a maximum of 60%. Basically I have a permanent backer/coach for all my action on stars and tilt and he has suggested I do this starting at 50% cut.

Obviously if I am struggling to sell it out I will have to increase the cut, but he is pretty adamant that it will sell no problem so we will see.

EDIT: TBC a tiered cut may be implemented now, likely to be 0-499 50/50 500-999 55/45 1000+ 60:40

All details in ad below, I can reserve shares for non-members of PTP but it would be simpler if you wanted to back me that you sign up and apply for the shares through the site.

I registered an account on CMU and was looking at doing some small stakes purely as a bit of fun, I dont have the patience for proper online MTT play I always get near the money and then explode Mattusow style. Aye, this is a problem I've had before on several sites. 15+ times bitten, 16 times shy and all that, I now always type lengthy replies in notepad and copy and paste them in. Much safer and less frustrating when the browser decides to do a random refresh/back operation.

basically if the bankroll ends at 1k, u will get half your money back. there is the option obv to be at 1k at end of stake (14days)and u vote for me to continue with it, as in the ad this needs to be a majority vote obv.

Ok I think Im with you, You start at $2k, if I stake $100 and you make it $4k after the 14 days I get $200, if its at $1k I can take my $50 back or we can continue the schedule?

One more question about a general thing I dont understand, whats make up?

If at $4k after 14 days. all backers get there original stake back as a start. So there is $2k profit to distribute. cut is 50/50, so I retain $1k. the remaining 1k is then split between the backers. $50 is comes out at 1.25% share (which already accounts for the 50% cut I retain). so if was 2k profit 2000x1.25%=$25. So u would get back a total of $75

If it was at 1k and u had invested $100 u are correct in saying you would be entitled to take $50 back. At that point it will go to a vote as to wheter I play on with the $1k, or distribute whats left to the backers. If the majority voted to play on, but u (or any other share holder) was adamant they did not want to continue, u could advertise your share for sale in relevant section of site, or I may just buy back myself.

Hope thats clear, it always confuses the hell out of me tbh, glad the site calculates it all automatically and just tells u how much to ship etc.

I didnt answer the makeup question ! Basically if u invest $100 and i bust a stake, I owe u $100 in "makeup" which technically I still owe

So if u back me in the future and I profit, I have to clear the makeup from my share of profit, plus pay you your stanard cut.

Makeup is sellable too to 3rd parties.
