An option to view a tourney lobby in another window would be good (like Stars do). It's a pain being deep in a couple and having to search for the other one when you want to check some details.

ONE BIG MOAN:

Look as you get the jist now, I like to moan - A LOT. But Boss Media is becoming unbearable for me at the moment Matt. When the timer is pon players and it goes all the way round why aren't they put to 'sit out' straight away, instead of giving them about 10seconds?

The support stuff are useless in my view! You ask them certain questions and they either refer you to someone else or say they do not hold this information. All I asked was one simple question and what I got was "Ask Webdollar" I'm sure both Boss and Webdollar could work together to make things more efficient. And this stupid thing with not being able to say certain stuff in the chat box is silly. I tried to mention something to another player, but I looked like a right tit when half of the stuff I mentioned was blanked out.

I think the support staff need to be helped more to help us, I needed urgent information at that point in time, and I wasn't able to get it. I'd probably like to see the break structure re-assesed too. I don't want to moan all the time, but I just can't help. I don't want to go to Celeb (ipoker) because you get disconnected too many times, but this is becoming unbearable. I'd probably like to see the break structure re-assesed too.

This is to allow a disconnected player to reconnect. If you have a less than perfect internet connection (usually a wifi connection like me) then a lot of poker software will disconnect you and you end up sat out a lot of the time. Software like iPoker suffers greatly from this problem, which might be why you're finding CelebPoker hard to get on with.

Unfortunately, support do not have access to the Webdollar side of things, so you do have to contact them directly.

I'm not a great fan of the way the censorship works on the Boss network either. I think it would be better if banned words were asterisked out, rather than simply cut from the sentence. It is pretty easy to re-type what you were saying though.

There some very stupid words blocked. I don't mind the swearing being blocked, but they can get round it by saying such words as "FUKKING" whilst the words that you do use, you wouldn't think for a minute that they would be banned.

Such as mentioning rakeback, website site names and so on. I tried to make a sentence last night and there was 3 words out of about 10 which was blocked.
