Ive found a little glitch Matt. well and old 1 returned. Im in a tourney and when i click on tourniment info. Pull the slide bar to the bottom, When i relise the mouse button it jumps back to the top. It does it on the payout, and hand/hand. but not on the break/stake

I don't get why there is not much tournament information when you click the "tourney info"

I want to go in certain tournaments, but I don't have sufficient information that I need. Such as starting stacks, and is there add ons in rebuys or 2nd life tournaments. I also contacted support staff to ask how many FPP's I have raked and how much money I had raked. They told me I have raked just over €100 and gained 100 and something FPP's. Wrong, surely? Not to mention that I monitor both and at that time I am sure that I have raked near €130 maybe more and clearly gained more than 100+ FPP's.

aaron, can you give me the TIDs of the tournaments in question, or provide a screenshot or two?

TID's? I don't take screenshots, why would/should I? I am just pretty sure that I have raked more than what support say, but I can't prove it. But from monitoring of my FPP's I gained just over 600.

Yep, and ignorant. Try to help and get that in return. Ridiculous, and makes me wonder if support really were being that unhelpful or if Aaron speaks to them in the same manner.

I asked Linda (support) how much I raked and how many FPP's I have raked. She said she could not get this information, and would email me when she did. I got the email the next morning in which she told me that I had gained something like 150 FPP's, and she didn't mention how much I have raked. I then opened up support chat once again and they said I had raked just over €100, but looking at my FPP's I know I have raked near €150.

It's clearly my money Tyler, and therefore I have a right to question this, if you work hard for money, which you don't then you would happily question this. I'm going to play on Celeb until I am assured that I maybe wrong or perhaps PCUK have miscalculated.
