In order to look into the "Tourney Info" problem, I need to either know the ID of the tourney you are having a problem with (aka the TID), or the time/date of the tourney. I can't see any problems with the tourneys that are listed in the software at the moment, so it would be easier if you told me which tourneys are wrong (if any).

As for the rake/FPPs, it's no problem for me to look those up for you if you are worried that support are incorrect.
Mango: Anyone watching Graeme Norton? They've got that actress who was in that accident recently! Reece...
    s4ooter: Witherspoon?
    Mango: No, with a car.

    Ok.

Well I know now that the 2nd life tourney doesn't have an add on, but I would just like more info for other tournaments, such as the €5 turbo. Are there turbo blinds or just small chip stack?

The starting stack and blind structure are on the tournament info page, maybe try reading it?

With the rake and FPPs, as far as I know all boss sites calculate rake based on contribution rather than an even split between players so that could be why your calculation might be off.

I looked on tournament info, before I decide to register, but the information I wanted wasn't there.

So I have calculated that I have gained 600 FPP's I maybe wrong? I do apologise if I sound rude, but I am unsure of many aspects.

You said you wanted the blind structure, yes it is there.

I asked Linda (support) how much I raked and how many FPP's I have raked. She said she could not get this information, and would email me when she did. I got the email the next morning in which she told me that I had gained something like 150 FPP's, and she didn't mention how much I have raked. I then opened up support chat once again and they said I had raked just over €100, but looking at my FPP's I know I have raked near €150.

It's clearly my money Tyler, and therefore I have a right to question this, if you work hard for money, which you don't then you would happily question this. I'm going to play on Celeb until I am assured that I maybe wrong or perhaps PCUK have miscalculated.

Im not questioning whether or not you have right to ask these questions.
Im questioning whether you have the right to be a total

Ive spoken to Support for Boss, Webdollar and all of these things tons of times, as well as worked in a call centre before, and let me tell you this. If you behaved like that much of a prick to me, I wouldnt help you. Id purposefully be a cock. Id be really smarmy and polite and patronising and give you nothing you want.

If youre polite and accomodating and give the support people time and thank them for what they do, chances are they'll make a bit more effort to find out what you need - because working a job like that, its the brief conversations with NICE people that make it bearable.

I don't need to speak to anyone. If it's not sorted I move elsewhere and move on, sorted. As for Tyler I couldn't give a toss. And as for his typo's he does many, more than anyone on this forum.
