Yes, I believe that's correct. I have just been to check and can not find a way to upload my personal avatar. :?

Another great suggestion here for the staff to work on. Help's make the community better with people requesting features that they want.

Thanks for the suggestion, we'll implement this very soon. The stock avatars will also be changed soon or removed altogether.
